If you are looking for an incredible meal in Belton, you have to try Happy Teriyaki and Rolls. The teriyaki is always perfectly cooked. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the sauce is exactly what you want it to be. Their sushi rolls are also amazing. Everything is fresh, full of flavor, and presented beautifully. It is hard to find a place that does both teriyaki and sushi this well, but they nail it. The portions are generous for the price, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you want a quick lunch or a sit-down dinner, this place is a must-visit. Belton is lucky to have them. Highly recommended!

The food here is so amazing... I live in Florida and every time I get sent to Temple Texas and make sure I stop by this restaurant not only is the food extremely good but the owners and the employees there make it even better! I don't understand how this place doesn't have a perfect 5 I've been here a few times now but I'm just now leaving a review.. it was so good the first time I wanted to make sure I had it two more times just to make sure🤣A++

Satisfying and the portion was great. Some of the meat was a little fatty for my preference, but I’d still order again and try some of their other items!

We found this great little Asian food resturaunt after a trip to HEB on Lake Road. It is tucked into the shopping strip behind the gas pumps at HEB. Happy Teriyaki has a Korean feel to it and most of the food is teriyaki themed. It is a small resturaunt that will probably seat ~35 when full. There are four or five seats at a small sushi bar as well. We had the Gyoza (dumpling) appetizer. It came hot and very tasty with a side of citrus dipping sauce. The 8 piece order is more than enough for two people. I ordered the chicken and egg roll lunch special ($12.99). The lunch specials include rice and a salad. The grilled chicken was fresh and hot. The thing I liked is that it was not processed chicken patty that the resturaunt supply companies sometimes provide. Rice was fresh and just the right amount of sticky. The salad dressing was a mayo based mix that was OK, but a miso or ginger dressing would be a nice touch. The portions were large especially for a lunch special. I wound up taking about half the meal home. It took a few minutes to get the order in, but they were very busy and understaffed. The speed at which the food was served made up for any delay in taking the order though.

The food was perfect! I like to eat where family business flourish, in town within the community. This family business did not disappoint. The Chef is one of a kind, and in general all the personnel working were amazing and professional. The atmosphere was perfect. Can't wait to come see them again! BTW the sushi nachos were the favorite!
